Telco Customer Churn Analysis

End-to-end data science project analysing customer cancellation behaviour across 7,000+ telecom subscribers. Combined exploratory analysis, statistical validation, and four competing machine learning models with advanced techniques including survival analysis and cohort retention curves -based driver profiling to produce a prioritized retention queue, ranking at-risk customers by projected revenue loss.

Aviation Satisfaction Analysis

Analyzed over 103,000 airline passenger records to uncover what truly drives customer satisfaction and what doesn't. Using Python for statistical analysis and machine learning, and Tableau for executive dashboarding, I translated raw survey data into a clear investment roadmap for airline management. The model achieved 96% predictive accuracy, with Wi-Fi quality and digital boarding emerging as the top two levers for improving passenger experience.

Agricultural Crop Recommendation

Built a multi-class machine learning pipeline that analyses 7 soil and climate sensor readings to recommend the optimal crop from 22 possible types. A Random Forest classifier trained on 2,200 IoT sensor records achieved 99.55% test accuracy and 99.59% cross-validated accuracy across 10 folds, confirming the model generalises reliably to unseen data. Feature importance analysis revealed that rainfall and humidity are the dominant predictors, outweighing all soil nutrients combined.
